What are your opening hours?
The Sales Office is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can place orders online 24/7.
Will my order incur a carriage charge?
In the UK mainland the minimum order value is £175.00 for carriage paid - if it is below this value there will be a £4.95 carriage charge (online only). We do not have a minimum spend. Please check our Shipping and Returns section for delivery exceptions.
I placed an order, when will it arrive?
If we receive your order by 4pm (Monday-Friday) we will aim to dispatch it the very same day for delivery the following day. If the delivery address is within the UK mainland (although booking and location exceptions may apply) - other areas such as Eire will be 2-3 days.
Please be aware, during exceptionally busy periods we cannot guarantee same day dispatch.
My item is out of stock, what do I do?
We always endeavour to maintain full stock availability and we are currently operating at incredibly high service percentage rates. However, if we are out of stock it will remain on back order until the items arrive back into stock, with the estimated due date displayed next to the product. You can also click on the Notify button to let you know when the product is back in stock . If you would like all outstanding balances cancelled, please inform the sales team as soon as possible.

I have not bought from you before, what do I do?
First of all, as we only deal exclusively with the trade we would need to ensure that the goods would be sold on. Initially an account could be opened on a pro-form basis but if you would prefer credit terms then please complete the Credit Application in the downloads section. Furthermore, if you would like to become a distributor, please fill out the form in the Become a Distributor section.
Do your prices include VAT? (Valued Added Tax)
Our prices are all subject to VAT at the current rate. If you are outside of the UK and cannot provide us with a VAT number then VAT will be charged at the standard rate. It will of course be refunded on receipt of a valid VAT number being issued.
Can I have a sample?
We can arrange to supply you with samples, on a next day delivery (with exceptions). We call it 'supply-before-buy' allowing you to see the product first hand before deciding to make a purchase. For large value items it will be on a sale or return basis.
If you would like to place a Sample Order please complete the Sample Request Form. You may be asked to provide a password, if so please contact the sale team on 0121 415 2540. All sample requests are subject to availability and discretion and Zodiac reserves the right to refuse any sample order.
Can I return an item?
We hope that you will never have to return an item, but in the case that you do please contact our Returns department on 0121 415 2542 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, any items that are correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge.
I have a shortage on an order, what do I do?
It's important you report any shortages to your order, in writing, within 3 days of receiving it.
My item is faulty, what is the next step?
Please contact the Returns department as soon as you can to arrange an exchange.
How long are prices/promotions valid for?
Our prices are normally reviewed annually but we do endeavour to keep prices competitive. However, although not our general policy, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
