A few changes for you to be made aware of with online ordering
Following customer feedback, we have made changes to our online system which will now send automated emails with tracking details when your order has been dispatched from our Birmingham based warehouse. We understand the importance of knowing when your order will arrive and until now this involved calling our sales team for an update. This new process will save you time and effort, with a simple click you can track your order from the moment it leaves us in Birmingham, to the moment it arrives at your door, creating greater efficiency.
Furthermore, we have noticed a number of customers abandon their baskets filled with items, maybe to return at a later date. However, the disadvantage of this is that it doesn't hold stock and you could lose it. Therefore, we have now ensured you receive a simple reminder with items left in your basket in case you have just forgotten, we'd hate for you to miss out!
