12 Month Electrical Guarantee
It’s never fun when your product develops a fault, so we will endeavour to make your after service process as simple as possible.
- We will offer either an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a full exchange. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
- For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and if possible, with the original box and packaging.
- If you are the “end-user” you must report the fault to your original place of purchase. You must report the fault to us on 0121-415-2542 to arrange collection - our returns department is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Refunds for faulty goods include the applicable delivery charge and you will not be charged for collection. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CITIZENS ADVICE CONSUMER SERVICE.
Under the WEEE regulations, we Zodiac Stainless Products, will take back end of life WEEE products that were sold by Zodiac Stainless Products. These end of life WEEE products will be responsibly disposed of in accordance with the regulations.
