Product guidance and care: 
Our cutlery is made from Stainless Steel and is ensured to last providing guidelines are followed. As soon as possible, after use, remove any excess food to prevent salts and acids from corroding the material; never leave stainless steel cutlery to soak. In order to keep it's shiny appearance, cutlery should be cleaned in cutlery baskets (in dishwashers) and once the cycle has ended, removed and dried as soon as possible, to prevent pitting and staining. 

Delivery Charges

Deliveries to the UK Mainland (Standard) :
  • Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 4pm*
  • Orders over £175 include FREE delivery
  • Orders between £35 and £174.99  will incur a £4.95 delivery charge (except "Pallet Surcharge")
  • Orders below £35 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge (except "Pallet Surcharge")
  • Products marked 'Pallet' will incur an additional surcharge of £10 for orders below £175. There is a minimum spend of £135 for this option
  • Premium options are available with an additional charge - AM delivery is £10 & "Before 10am" is £20
  • Please contact the sales office for price options for a Saturday delivery
* We will always try and dispatch your order the same day. However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods or credit limits) this may not always be possible. You will be kept updated and informed throughout and your order will be shipped at the next available opportunity. 

Northern Ireland, Channel Isles & Eire :

  • Orders over £300 include FREE delivery
  • Orders below £300 will incur a £30 carriage charge
  • There are no timed options available

Isle of Man / Scottish Highlands & Islands :

  • Orders over £250 include FREE delivery
