Our cutlery is made from stainless steel and is ensured to last providing guidelines are followed. As soon as possible, after use, remove any excess food to prevent salts and acids from corroding the material. We recommend that you wash our Full Tang Steak Knives in warm, soapy water and dry immediately; never leave stainless steel cutlery to soak.
