The Zodiac Way:

At Zodiac we believe a happy workforce leads to success and that is why we are proud of our incredibly low staff turnover rate. Our employees are strong believers in the community and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by supporting both local and national charities.
As an organisation making regular donations to various good causes, either locally to our office here in Birmingham, or nationwide, by way of monetary donations or stock-to-sell to raise funds.
