Small orders can be delivered on a Saturday for a surcharge.

Zodiac have partnered up with two of the leading courier services in the UK with Palletways and DPD. Doing so allows us to offer more flexible delivery options and a more efficient service, meaning we can supply in full, and on time to all of our key accounts.

2.0 DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
At Zodiac, we understand the importance of our customers receiving their order(s) promptly. That is why we try offer Same Day Dispatch and to ship all orders placed before 12 noon the same day, ready to deliver orders the very next working day**. Unfortunately, some exceptions apply and the following areas may take 2-3 days:

3.0 RETURNS - UPDATED
It’s never fun when your product develops a fault or if you need to return something, so Zodiac (the Company) will endeavour to make your after-service process as simple and as pain-free as possible. Please familiarise yourself with our ‘Returns Policy’ prior to making your purchase:
Please note that credit notes and replacements can only be accepted if the goods have been sent directly from ourselves at Zodiac. Once goods have been delivered from Zodiac they are no longer insured by us, should damage to goods occur after delivery on the customer’s premises or thereafter.
Should goods be re dispatched after receipt from Zodiac we will not be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit. This includes customer orders sent to Amazon fulfilment centres/ FBA orders.
Goods need to be checked upon receipt from Zodiac and at this point we will need to be notified as per our claims procedure.

4.0 CANCELLED ORDERS
The Customer can cancel their order at any time before the goods are dispatched for a full refund. If the goods have already been delivered to the Customer there may be a 25% handling charge – please refer to our ‘Returns policy’ (above).
In the event of any breach by the Company of any obligation it may have in respect of any goods supplied pursuant to the Contract under the provisions of Section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the Company undertakes to repair or, if the Company so desires, replace, free of charge, any such goods provided that they are returned by the customer carriage paid to the company’s works. It is a condition precedent of this undertaking that the Customer shall:

6.0 WEEE COMPLIANCE
Zodiac Stainless Products Company comply with all we Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations. That includes the recently introduced 2013 regulations which came into effect as of January 1st, 2014, replacing the previous 2006 regulations. We promise to take back end of life WEEE items that were originally sold by Zodiac Stainless Products.
Zodiac Stainless Products will recover and responsibly dispose of end of life WEEE items in accordance with European regulations.
